Description: Framed proposal drawing for the Fleet Medal, likely by Roger Griswold. This drawing is very similar to 2022X.01.005, but includes watercolor and the Fleet Burgee at the right. Mount Desert Island is encircled in a broad golden frame, with Northeast Harbor Fleet enclosing roughly 2/3 of the circle.
